libblitz0-dev software package provides C++ template class library for scientific computing, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblitz0-dev
libblitz0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblitz0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblitz0-dev *
You will get with libblitz0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
